SS Bag Filter (SBG – 750)

High Capacity Filtration for Industrial Process Applications
Sasthan Engineers Stainless Steel Bag Filters are designed to remove suspended solids, sediments, and contaminants from liquids efficiently while maintaining high flow rates and low pressure drop. Bag filter housings are ideal for applications requiring economical filtration with easy bag replacement and minimum maintenance.
Available in Single Bag and Multi Bag configurations, these filters provide reliable performance for continuous industrial operation.

Working Principle

Process fluid enters the filter housing through the inlet and flows through the filter bag from inside to outside (standard arrangement). Solid particles are trapped inside the filter bag while clean liquid exits through the outlet.
Once the bag reaches its dirt holding capacity, it can be replaced quickly for uninterrupted operation.

Material of Construction (MOC)

Housing: SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L, Carbon Steel, Duplex SS, Hastelloy (Optional)

Filter Bag Media: Polypropylene (PP), Polyester (PE), Nylon, PTFE, Stainless Steel Mesh.

Seal Materials: EPDM, Viton, PTFE, Silicone, NBR.
